Return Period

 

 

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

 

 

To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@oliviaopal-attire.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.


 


 Return Conditions

 

 

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and (if applicable) in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 


 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Beauty, baby, or sportswear items unless returned sealed and unused

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


Need a different size or style? No problem! You can exchange any eligible item within the 30-day window. Please contact us to arrange an exchange and follow the same steps as a return.

 


 

 

Cancellations

 


Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at info@oliviaopal-attire.com. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with clear photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery.

 

  • We’ll happily send a free replacement for the first report.

  • If it happens again, we’ll offer a full refund.
